My 30-Day Challenge To Improve My Self-Discipline

Even though I sit here and write about self-help and coach people to achieve their goals, does not mean I am perfect. I certainly have my downfalls, and it is important for me to work on these and move forward.

One thing of mine that has been a struggle for a long time is self-discipline. I've always found it difficult to stick to something purely because I am not disciplined enough to do so. Well, this is my turning point, my fork in the road of change.

I've done hours of research and most of it points to one thing. Be consistent in one area and self-discipline becomes easier.

So, my commitment through every day of September is to shower up and go for a walk as soon as I wake up. Doesn't matter how long the walk is, as long as I've been on a walk. I did a test today, which is where I took this cool tree picture and it seemed to go okay.

I will be tracking my progress on social media which you can follow below:

Let's see where this journey leads me!
