5 Videos To Boost Dopamine and Help With Stress

This one is for the animal lovers out there!

Whenever I am a little bit stressed or need a bit of a pick me up, there are certain videos that I will gravitate towards online which really help. Sure, it is only a short fix, but it is a quick and easy way to help get you feeling just that little bit better.

So if you are looking for a dopamine boost or need some help with stress, look no further, as these 5 videos are going to help you!

1) iPanda's 24/7 Panda Cam

I am a huge huge fan of Pandas and this cam is one of the main ways that I managed to get through lockdown. On those extremely busy and stressful days when I was working from home, this cam kept me sane. It is on 24 hours of the day and cuts to where the action is so it is nonstop Pandas and adventure.

Whether they be awake, sleeping, climbing, tumbling, eating, or chilling iPanda has it all.

2) Red Barn Cavaliers

If for some reason you are heartless and Pandas are not for you, then I may have the answer. This is the first of 2 puppy streams I will be sharing. This is not a live stream but has 8 hours and 40 minutes of pure adorableness with these cavalier puppies.

Look at their adorable little faces, this is guaranteed to give you all the dopamine hits!

3) BBC Grey Seal Cam

Moving from land puppies to water puppies, we have an amazing 11 hour 55 minutes video of grey seals including grey seal pups! These beautiful marine animals mostly laze about living their best life, but whilst nothing too exciting happens, they are just too beautiful to not have on your screen.

You cannot deny that these little water puppies are not absolutely perfect!

4) HighDesertLabradors Live Stream Replays

We are on the puppy train now bringing it back to land puppies, we have a small group of adorable Labrador puppies. You can watch these for 7 hours 53 minutes which fits perfectly in a 8 hour working day!

Why not start your day off strong with an extremely cute group of little pups!

5) taccofwar_ Duckling Live Stream

Finally moving away from puppies, we move over to the realm of baby birds, specifically ducklings! Tacoofwar_ provides us with a daily duckling live stream. This one is a regular favourite of mine and those working around me when in the office. When I need a quick dopamine boost these fluffy little things are a great way to help relieve any stresses I am having at the time.

Whilst the other streams are on Youtube, this one is on Twitch. Don't worry it can still be watched if you do not have an account.

JUST LOOK AT THEIR FACES!

What happens when I have watched this and need to boost my dopamine and help with stress?

When you have finished here, never fear, it does not end here, there are many many videos out there of different animals, and a lot of live streams for those looking into watching them for longer periods of time. Twitch now has a whole channel dedicated to live streams and you find a lot of zoos have them too.

So, whenever you need just a little pick me up, or are feeling a little bit down or depressed, try out one of these videos and see if it helps. Even if it is a little bit, it is a good quick win before you take on the problem you are facing, and remember, whatever it is you are going through, it will be okay.
