I understand that it is not always easy to talk about our thoughts and feelings in one go. That is why I offer a service that will provide you with a safe and non-judgemental space to share your thoughts and feelings. Not only will you have as many sessions as you feel you need, but I will also be able to offer advice outside of sessions (within reason), and you will be able to reach out to me via email/social media at any time where I am happy to answer any questions. Let us help you take the first step in self-care.

FAQs

Q: Do you do remote coaching?

A: I do, I can do sessions face to face or online. We would work out the details once signed up.

Q: If remote, do I have to have a camera or my camera switched on?

A: It would be better to switch on your camera, that way I would be able to see how you are reacting to things giving me indications to ask further questions, however, if it is that you are too uncomfortable a camera is not required. 

​

Q: How many coaching sessions will I need?

A: This entirely depends on you, what you are wanting to acheive and how far you have to go.

Q: How do I know if Coaching is right for me?

A: Coaching is designed to help guide you to move forward, whether it be due to a feeling of being stuck/stagnant, or lack of direction, or you feel you just cannot progress, then coaching can guide you through that and set clear goals to help you move forwards.

Q: If I sign up for this, can I cancel at anytime?

A: Yes, you cancel anytime. Charges may occur if within 48 hours of your session. 

​

Q: What are you business hours?

A: I am flexible with my hours, however, sessions will tend to be in the day between 10 and 4.
